What is Still Standing?
Still Standing is a premium lifestyle brand built around meaningful clothing, personal stories and a carefully moderated community for people rebuilding through recovery, mental-health struggles, loss, consequences and difficult chapters.
Is Still Standing a treatment service or charity?
No. Still Standing is a commercial merchandise brand with a community mission. It does not provide medical treatment, counseling, rehabilitation, legal advice or crisis support.
Who is the brand for?
The brand is for people facing hard chapters, protecting recovery or mental wellbeing, living through grief, rebuilding after consequences, supporters, families and anyone who believes a difficult past or difficult day does not have to define the future.
Is the Members’ Circle free?
Yes, the core Members’ Circle is intended to be free. Merchandise sales support the brand, content and moderation. Optional product benefits may be introduced later without putting urgent support behind a paywall.
How do members talk to each other?
Members access the Circle through secure customer sign-in. Conversation spaces are opened in stages so moderation, reporting and privacy controls can be maintained as the community grows.
Who can join the Members’ Circle?
The initial community is intended for people aged 18 or over. Members must agree to the Community Guidelines and protect the privacy and safety of others.
Can I use an anonymous display name?
Where the connected community platform supports it, members may use a safer public display name while the store keeps the account details required to operate the service and enforce the rules.
How is the community moderated?
Members can report content. Harassment, threats, harmful instructions, private information, diagnosing, medication advice, graphic self-harm content, unlawful content, glorification of crime or substance use, spam and unwanted promotion may be removed. Accounts may be restricted to protect the community.
Are products held in stock or made to order?
Production and fulfillment details are shown on each product page. Some pieces may be made to order, while selected items may be stocked. The product page provides the current estimate before purchase.
How long will delivery take?
The product page and checkout will show the best current estimate for your destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking where available. Read Shipping & Returns for the full process.
What is the returns policy?
Most non-personalized products can be returned under our 30-day return promise when unused, unworn and unwashed. U.S. customers should follow the posted Refund Policy; UK customers also retain applicable statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the measurements on the individual product page and compare them with a garment you already own. Product-specific supplier measurements take priority over the general Size Guide.
Can I buy a product as a milestone gift?
Yes. The planned range includes journals, gift boxes and wearable reminders suitable for birthdays, milestones and fresh starts. Choose wording that respects the recipient’s privacy.
How are recovery stories published?
Stories are submitted privately, reviewed carefully and published only after the contributor approves the final wording, identity and agreed uses. Nothing submitted through the story form is published automatically.
Can I suggest an ambassador or partnership?
Yes. Use the Contact page for creator, ambassador, charity, supplier, media and commercial partnership inquiries. No person’s name, image or story is used without written approval.
How do I stop marketing emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Order, account and security messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.
How do I contact the team?
Use the Contact page and select the closest inquiry type. Include your order number for purchase questions, but never send card details or sensitive medical information.
Can members talk about mental health?
Yes. Members may discuss anxiety, low mood, grief, loneliness, confidence, routines and difficult days through personal experience. The Circle is peer support, not therapy, diagnosis or a continuously monitored crisis service.
Can somebody tell me to stop or change medication?
No. Members must not prescribe, diagnose or advise another person to stop or change medication. Treatment decisions belong with the person and an appropriately qualified professional.
