These terms apply when you browse the Still Standing store, place an order, create an account or use features supplied through the website. Separate Community Guidelines apply to the Members’ Circle.

You must provide accurate information and keep account access secure. The Members’ Circle is intended for people aged at least the minimum age shown in the store’s legal settings, currently 18. We may suspend access where safety, fraud or rule breaches require it.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and scale can vary between screens. Garment measurements, materials, production methods and care instructions shown on each product page take priority over general website information.

An order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending a confirmation or shipping notice. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock or production problems, delivery restrictions or legal requirements, and will refund amounts taken for canceled items.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for the store and may include or exclude taxes depending on the market. Delivery charges and any available taxes are shown before checkout completion. Payment is handled by the payment methods made available at checkout.

Some products may be produced after ordering. Product-specific estimates are not guarantees, but we will provide updates when material delays become known. Risk passes on delivery to the customer or nominated recipient, subject to mandatory consumer law.

The Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

The Still Standing name, logo, graphics, photography, written content and product designs are owned by or licensed to the business. They may not be copied, sold, modified or used commercially without written permission.

You keep ownership of content you submit. When you separately approve publication, you grant the permissions reasonably required to display, edit for clarity, promote and archive the approved content in the agreed channels. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully identify or harm another person.

No harassment, threats, exploitation, unlawful content, harmful instructions, medical claims, glorification of crime or substance use, unsolicited selling or disclosure of private information is permitted. Content or access may be restricted to protect members and the service.

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, delivery services and community apps. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply. External links are provided for convenience and do not amount to an endorsement unless stated.

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, the website and community are not medical, treatment, counseling, legal or emergency services.

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version applying to an order is normally the version accepted when that order was placed. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the law stated in the store’s legal settings.
